Ingredients:

  • 7oz or 200 g green beans
  • 1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp miso (gluten free)
  • 1 tsp tamari soy sauce (gluten free)

Directions:

  1. Cook beans in boiling water with a little salt (4-5 min) remove and drain
  2. Mix tahini, maple syrup, miso, tamari soy sauce in a large bowl
  3. Toss beans in paste
  4. Serve hot
