This garlic tofu is great as a quick and simple side dish, or on top of a salad! Excellent for a quick post workout meal!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Extra firm or pressed tofu
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat skillet (We used iron skillet)
- Heat coconut oil
- Cut tofu in flat triangles
- In a bowl mix tofu, garlic tofu, salt and pepper
- Pan fry tofu 2-3minutes each side until golden
