Ingredients

  • 3/4 c Lightly toasted Walnuts
  • 5-6 Dried Medjool Dates
  • 6-7 Dried Figs
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 15~20 Pine Nuts for Garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Place chopped lightly toasted walnuts, chopped dates, chopped figs and cocoa powder through a food processor until walnut oil appears and large chunks are gone
  2. Take out of food processor and put in bowl
  3. Mix in vanilla extract
  4. Roll into balls or squares
  5. Harden in refrigerator
  6. Sift cocoa powder on top and garnish
