ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you
center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems
likie the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to bee lost
just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or
    tips? Thank you!

Thank you very much for the comment!
Certainly, with many things going on in life, sometimes it may be difficult to clear your mind before writing.
We both have practiced the Japanese martial art of kendo since we were kids, which involves a short meditation period before and after practice to clear our mind. This is one method we have carried on to our adult lives to help us focus on various tasks.
The other thing that we have found that helped us stay focused, level headed and happy was simply eating healthy and exercising daily.

We hope that this will be of some help.
Best wishes and have a healthy day!
