Ingredients

  • 1 c Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 c Cooked Wild Rice
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame (ground or whole)
  • 1 tbsp Beet Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Almond or Soy milk (unsweetened)

Directions

  1. Mix brown rice flour, salt, sugar, black sesame in a bowl
  2. Add grapeseed oil and use both hands to “rub” the oil and dry mixture together well (this stage is quite important to attain the nice flakey texture)
  3. Add almond or soy milk and cooked wild rice and start kneading until combined into a ball
  4. Roll out dough thin (about 2-3mm thickness) with a rolling pin on top of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Use a pizza cutter to cut into sticks or squares before baking
  6. Bake at 335F or 170C for 30-40 minutes or until golden for a nice crisp
  7. Let it cool on top of the baking sheet and break apart with your hands
